Rajasthan's Spicy Bikaneri Bhujiya Kadhi Sabji







Sev Kadhi is a popular dish
in Rajasthan's Area. you will get this on national Highway Dhaba's. we found
this dish made instantly in front of us and we found it quite easy to make,
crispier, spicier and tastier.
we tried this at Nohar to Hisar
Road side Dhaba.
We manage to ask the dish recipe
from the Dhaba owner and sharing it here for our reader:-

Ingredients for Bikaneri
Bhujia ki Kadhi Recipe

Oil – 2 tea spoon
Sour curd – 250 gm
Asafetida(Hing) – 2 pinch
Cumin seed(jeera) – half small
spoon
Dana methi – half small spoon
Green chili – 3 to 4
Ginger – 1 inch long piece
Turmeric powder - ½ tea spoon
Red chili powder - ½ tea
spoon
Salt – 1 ½ tea spoon  (or as per taste)
Coriander – 1 tea spoon

Method :-

1. Heat oil in a frying pan
2. Add heeng, onions and
jeera. Let onion turns golden brown.
3. add Green chili, Turmeric
powder, Salt , Coriander   and Ginger.
4. once the Spicy masala is
ready, add curd and make it a spicy kadhi.
5. Keep stirring till the
mixture in the frying pan starts boiling.
6. Now put the Bikaneri
Bhujia / sev in the kadhi and keep stirring till it boils again. Mix salt in
the mixture. Lower the flame.

Make sure that you add the
sev/ Bikaneri Bhujia  at last so that the
crispiness remains while you serve it hot with chapatti or Rice.
